Implementation Associates work alongside our client-facing teams, playing a key role in the configuration process. As team lead, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our associates are a trustworthy point of contact for our customers, while providing quick and thorough resolution to any issues.

**Your challenges and objectives**:

- Thoroughly understand the Avature platform and share your knowledge with the team to constantly improve their performance.
- Motivate your team to use resources creatively and go the extra mile to provide world-class service.
- Provide a framework to prioritize issues according to their severity and potential impact, adding value to both the customers’ and Avature processes.
- Make sure communication between the teams and the customers is fluent and efficient.
- Ensure issues are solved quickly without sacrificing quality.
- Proactively review and identify growth opportunities.

**Your day-to-day activities**:

- Manage team assignments from case creation to resolution, interacting with other teams and providing feedback along the way.
- Help configure customized Avature solutions by:

- Moving configurations from test environments to production.
- Analyzing and creating relevant reports.
- Running QA tests to ensure everything works as expected.
- Do project management and lead collaboration efforts with other Avature teams.

**About you**:

- Experience in similar positions.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Understanding of the Saas industry is valued.
- Comfortable using and learning a wide range of software.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on teamwork, initiative, responsibility, and integrity.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with the ability to synthesize large data and effectively communicate findings to all levels throughout the organization.
