Job Description
As an Enterprise Dynamics Consultant Expert, you will be responsible for leading Dynamics CRM implementations, guiding customers through all phases of the project lifecycle. Your expertise will ensure seamless integration and effective adoption of CRM/CE solutions, empowering clients to drive sales, marketing, and customer service initiatives.
You will engage in empathetic discovery meetings to uncover clients' requirements, collaborating closely with the Development Team to craft specifications for customizations and data migration. Your nurturing approach will foster learning and competency through end-user training sessions, while creating comprehensive knowledge transfer documentation to ensure sustained success.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must possess:
- A deep understanding and expertise in CRM industry practices and products.
- At least 3-5 years of experience or involvement in 3+ CRM projects, including Microsoft CRM, Salesforce, Saleslogix, Onyx, etc.
- A good grasp of relational database concepts to manage and interpret complex information effectively.
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities to lead discussions and information sessions with clarity and confidence.
- Demonstrated organizational and multitasking talents, coupled with a keen eye for quality, self-motivation, and a heartfelt drive for professional excellence.
- Microsoft CRM Application certification is highly valued.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Business Intelligence is considered advantageous.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred.
