Community Manager at Media.Monks

Media.Monks is in search of a Community Manager to enhance our dynamic team. In this position, you will design and execute social media and communication initiatives that align with our strategic communication goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive and adaptable individual who seizes new opportunities to deliver meaningful results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media and communication initiatives that support marketing objectives.
  • Create and manage content calendars, ensuring timely publication of social media updates.
  • Generate captivating text, image, and video content for various social media platforms.
  • Address comments and customer inquiries promptly.
  • Monitor and analyze feedback and online reviews across different social media channels.
  • Organize and engage in events to foster community and enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to maintain brand consistency.
  • Work closely with data analysts to provide monthly and quarterly insights and improvement suggestions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports (Organic + Sentiment analysis) and competitive assessments.
  • Conduct social listening activities.
  • Collaborate with social strategy, account management, and creative teams to ensure brand alignment across social media channels.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in digital technology.
  • Analyze daily conversations surrounding the brand.
  • Utilize analytical skills to drive effective results for client KPIs.

Background & Skills

  • Over 5 years of experience in Community Management.
  • Strong understanding of social media best practices regarding formats and tone.
  • Ability to identify and monitor relevant community metrics.
  • Familiarity with metrics, social listening tools, and digital reporting.
  • Experience in managing Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Knowledge of the Entertainment industry and consumer behavior.
  • Proven experience in developing or executing community management strategies.
  • Exceptional verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong writing proficiency.
  • Upper Intermediate English proficiency - comfortable communicating in English (both spoken and written).
