Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Floral Long Term Care.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate the effectiveness of care.
  • Medication Management: Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and report any adverse reactions to the healthcare team.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination and delivery.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Accurately document patient information, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance patient care.
  • Leadership and Supervision: Assume leadership roles, supervise nursing staff, and provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Experience: Nursing experience with a strong focus on clinical competence and leadership skills
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
