We are seeking an experienced Technical Salesforce Director to join our team and lead our efforts in developing, implementing, and maintaining scalable solutions within the Salesforce platform.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software design, development, and implementation, as well as experience in leading or working with geographically dispersed development teams. They will be responsible for driving development, testing, and debugging software, reviewing code for best practices, producing and maintaining documentation, and serving as a high-level technical resource.
About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires a bachelor's degree in finance, computer science, economics, mathematics, statistics, or a related field. The successful candidate will have at least 8 years of Salesforce development experience and will hold relevant certifications such as Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Advanced Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive development of components through own and subordinate developers' work.
- Responsible for testing and debugging software.
- Review subordinate developers' code for best practices.
- Produce and maintain documentation.
- Serve as a high-level technical resource.
- Create protocols for installation and maintenance.
- Participate in architectural direction for projects.
- Lead troubleshooting.
Requirements

- At least 8 years of Salesforce development experience.
