About the Role- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams, managing vendor relationships and ensuring high-quality project outcomes.
- Monitor and report on project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Sponsors to understand project requirements and develop customized project plans.
- Provide guidance and support to junior project managers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
- Analyze project data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an asset.
- At least 12 years of industry experience, including 8 years in clinical project management.
- Experience with complex projects, including multi-site, multinational Phase III clinical trials.
