About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at SC Johnson Professional. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a critical role in driving our global/regional procurement strategy for Contract Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the local supply base and identify areas of opportunity for cost reduction, supply chain optimization, and risk management.
  • Drive the relationship with contract manufacturers, ensuring CFR targets, quality standards, and SHE compliance.
  • Lead projects involving contract manufacturers and materials, selecting the best supply chain and managing tools like SRM to measure supplier deliveries.
  • Execute the global/regional procurement strategy at the local level, leading cross-functional teams to create cost savings, mitigate supply risk, and contribute to increased delivered profit.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with technical skills (desirable)
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Experience in logistics, manufacturing, and/or procurement
  • Key skills include networking ability, leadership, strong influencing skills, high-level communication, negotiations, and problem analysis
