About the Opportunity

This position is based in our Production Plant in Florencio Varela, where you will work closely with our operations, quality, and procurement teams to ensure compliance with objectives and facilitate decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
  • Lead a team of financial analysts, providing guidance and support to strengthen the team and maintain high motivation.
  • Collaborate with senior management to prepare and present the plant's annual budget and quarterly reviews.
  • Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including P&L management and cost estimates.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accountancy.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and leadership skills.
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial planning and team leadership.
