About the Role

The Chevron Business Support Center (BASSC) in Buenos Aires, Argentina, is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Human Resources Shared Service Center. This multifunction service center serves a global workforce of over 1000 employees, delivering business services and solutions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Facilitate the end-to-end talent acquisition process, ensuring a positive experience for applicants and hiring supervisors.
  2. Collaborate with HR and the business to understand their strategy and talent requirements.
  3. Develop and implement short and long-term hiring strategies to support business plans.
  4. Leverage Workday and advanced recruiting and sourcing techniques to identify and secure top talent.
  5. Partner with hiring supervisors and business HR to extend verbal and written offers and process necessary system steps.
  6. Identify trends and opportunities to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in HR, specializing in Staffing and Talent Acquisition.
  3. Experience working in the oil and gas industry.
  4. Highly proficient in English.
  5. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  6. Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment.
  7. Teamwork and customer service focus.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience with HR Information Systems, preferably Workday and Service Now.
  2. US, regional, or global experience and/or working in a Shared Service center.
  3. Flexibility to work on a flexible schedule and holidays, as needed.
