Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and expertise.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize lead conversion efforts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or customer outreach, preferably in a remote sales environment.
  • Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills (bilingual in Spanish is a plus).
  • Experience using CRM software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, and sales tools like RingCentral and Helpwise.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets through lead generation and appointment setting.
