Job Description
We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer who will help our team solve complex workflows for products and design beautiful user interfaces around them.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user experiences, working on feature design and improvements on our roadmap.
The main responsibilities include:
- Contributing to all aspects of design, including need-finding, user research, detailed design, development of use cases and scenarios.
- Conceptualizing design solutions with user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and visual mockups or interactive prototypes.
- Establishing a solid understanding of users and empathizing with their needs.
- Communicating design decisions using clear and persuasive stories that are shared with a wide range of audiences, including business stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- +5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer.
- Experience in Figma.
- Strong English skills (advanced level).
- Experience in pixel perfect design.
- Experience with design tools (Sketch, Adobe Suite, etc.).
