About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Interaction Designer to join our Agile Engine team. Your primary focus will be on defining, designing, and delivering top-notch products that meet both user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with designers and engineers to create innovative solutions
  • Conduct discovery phases, investigate client requirements, and develop proof of concepts
  • Identify design problems and provide accurate solutions
  • Making short-term estimations and seeing the bigger picture of project development
  • Create prototypes, pre-sale concepts, and proof of concepts in a lean and iterative way
  • Conduct user testing sessions, interviews, and research phases
  • Develop high-fidelity mockups, specs, guidelines, and assets
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • Industry experience in web and mobile app design (SaaS, B2B, B2C)
  • A portfolio showcasing related works with prototype examples and documented UX research qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Upper-intermediate or higher level of English, both spoken and written
  • Knowledge of usability principles and practices, graphic styles, and composition rules
  • Proficiency in using prototyping and online collaboration software
Nice to Have
