About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Paid Search Strategist to join our dynamic team at LatamCent. This role combines a strong technical foundation with exceptional client-facing acumen. You'll excel at analyzing performance data, identifying actionable insights, and developing strategic Google Ads campaigns with a heavy emphasis on Shopping.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Account Management: Manage a portfolio of ecommerce PPC accounts, balancing in-depth strategic analysis for high-touch clients with efficient optimization practices for smaller accounts.
  2. Diagnostic Analysis: Develop actionable diagnostics and focus on creating a prioritized list of worthwhile tactical optimizations for every account under your care.
  3. Shopping Campaign Management: Manage and optimize high-performance Google Ads Shopping/P Max campaigns and product feeds.
  4. Keyword Research: Conduct advanced keyword research to uncover actionable customer insights and expand targeting opportunities.
  5. Smart Bidding Strategies: Implement Smart Bidding strategies, Performance Max campaigns, and navigate other complex features to drive superior results.
  6. Data Analysis: Analyze campaign data to uncover impactful insights, crafting compelling reports and presentations that drive tactical decision-making.
  7. Client Collaboration: Collaborate directly with clients to translate insights into actionable recommendations, earning their trust through concise explanations of complex PPC concepts and securing buy-in on the execution of those optimization strategies.
  8. Team Partnership: Partner with internal teams on innovative optimization strategies, providing guidance and direction down to team members you delegate to.
Requirements
  1. Experience: At least 4 years of proven paid search experience with an emphasis on ecommerce, agency experience preferred.
  2. Expertise: Demonstrable expertise in Google Ads Shopping, keyword research, and feed optimization.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, Google Analytics, and other relevant reporting platforms – you're a data storyteller at heart.
  4. Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal - complex ideas become clear and concise in your hands.
  5. Remote Work: Ability to thrive in a remote environment and build rapport across digital channels.
  6. Certifications: Current Google Ads Certifications in at least two specializations.

Requirements for Success

  3. Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetups or client visits (estimated less than 5% of work time).
  4. Self-Starter Attitude: Highly motivated and comfortable working autonomously within a structured but remote environment.
  5. Time Zone: Elumynt is based in Central Standard Time and requires your virtual presence between 9:30 am and 4 pm.
  6. Time Commitment: Availability to work at least 40 hours per week.
  7. Time Tracking: Reliable use of time tracking tools to log work hours with accurate task and client details.
