Job Summary

This position is responsible for assisting clients with oil and gas lease contracts, conducting title research, and processing and filing documents. The ideal candidate will have extensive title research experience, knowledge of the oil and gas industry, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct title research to identify any issues within the chain of title
  • Issue, process, and file new oil and gas lease contracts
  • Vet, process, and file documents related to state leases and oil and gas bonds
  • Maintain files with complete documentation for record retention
Requirements
  • Associates degree and two years of experience in business and management principles
  • Extensive title research experience and knowledge of the oil and gas industry
  • Excellent customer service skills
Working Conditions

This position is performed primarily in an office setting with exposure to Visual/Video Display Terminal (VDT) and extensive personal computer use.
