Network Administrator

_**Network Administrator / Senior Support Analyst (Advanced English)**_
- **Requirements**:_
- Experience in administration of IT environments (Virtualization of Servers, Networks, Firewall, Asset Management and Applications)
- Domain in Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office 365
- Advanced English for active participation in meetings with the Global team
- **Main Responsibilities**:_
- Support to end users (dedicated to the workplace), level 1, 2 and 3;
- Ensuring the SLA and conducting services in accordance with ITIL best practices;
- Report and align approaches and solutions with the Global IT team (in English);
- Documentation and training.

- Type of Contract: as Contractor
- 06-month contract *renewable
