Talent Enablement Role Overview
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our HR Enablement team at EY as a Supervising Associate. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to stakeholders on HR-related matters, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to align with business objectives, and leading special projects to drive HR impact and improve business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, equal opportunity and employment legislation related to Talent Enablement. They will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR functions from hiring to retirement, including supervising a team and managing budget and cost tracking.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR processes, procedures, and documentation aligned with standard operating procedures and current local employment law and legislation.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with business objectives.
- Lead special projects to drive HR impact and improve business outcomes.
- Manage HR budget and cost tracking, ensuring optimal use of financial resources.
- Supervise and oversee team activities and deliverables, including employment life-cycle support, process improvements, internal audit compliance, labor certificate management, and AFIP and medical coverage transactions.
