About the OpportunityWe're looking for someone who has the autonomy to become a key partner to your stakeholders, offering advice on best practice defining a Retained Ops strategy to deliver the end-to-end activities of HR retained operations.
Key Accountabilities- Develop and implement a strategic plan for HR retained operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and achieve HR objectives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation and processes.
- Manage HR budget and cost tracking, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
- Supervise and direct team activities, ensuring delivery of employment life-cycle support and process improvements.
- Possess a Degree in HR, preferably.
- 6+ years of experience in HR Generalist/Specialist roles.
- Proficiency in Word/PowerPoint/Excel/Visio, with a working knowledge of MS Office.
- Proficiency in English is required.
