Overview

At De Elizalde Gestión del Talento, we are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Director to join our team in Argentina. This role will be responsible for the launch and success of our products in market by collaborating with our product, marketing, and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop Product Positioning: The successful candidate will develop the product positioning and overarching value proposition and messaging for the target audience by understanding their pain points, product features and benefits, and our strengths and weaknesses relative to the competition.
  2. Align Product Roadmap: Partner with Product and Marketing teams to align the product roadmap and the marketing strategies, tactics, and priorities with the business OKRs.
  3. Drive Market Research: Drive market and customer research to gather data and insight into target personas, buyer needs, and the preferred purchasing process for the product in our target markets.
  4. Define Market Opportunity: Define the market opportunity by performing segmentation and targeting exercises that identify the segments with the highest opportunity in each market.
  5. Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with regional and in-country marketing leaders and peers to produce consistent and compelling marketing assets for target consumers.
  6. Develop Sales Enablement Plan: Partner with in-country commercial and marketing teams to produce a sales enablement plan and sales tools that differentiate MetLife.
  7. Competitive Analysis: Develop competitive analysis including SWOT analysis and how-we-win strategies for use in positioning against similar offerings from competitors.
  8. Customer Testimonials: Develop and manage customer testimonials, client case studies and proof points.
  9. Content Creation: Create and manage content for videos, partner kits, co-marketing guidelines, Sales pitch decks, RFPs and sales sheets, tailored by market/country.
  10. Launch Execution: Develop the GTM plan and orchestrate launch execution of products in the target countries.
  11. Product Roadmap: Develop the product and marketing roadmap to drive ongoing momentum.
  12. Collaborate with Product Teams: Collaborate with product teams and technology partners to establish key product requirement needs based on market and customer feedback.
  13. Regional Conference Participation: Research and manage coordination and our product marketing strategy for regional Insurtech conference participation, including pre- and post-communication plans for prospects and customers.
  14. Product Marketing Competitive Insights: Create and manage the product marketing competitive insights by country.
  15. Upsell/Cross-Sell Strategies: Develop product retention and upsell/cross-sell strategies.
  16. Statements of Work: Create Statements of Work, research briefs and manage creative agencies.
