About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join our team at NTT DATA. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for working closely with senior professional colleagues to gain knowledge and experience in a specific area or function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with tasks relevant to the specific area or function and seek opportunities to broaden your learning.
- Acquire the relevant practical experience and knowledge of the service or solution offered by the specific area or function.
- May typically assist with general administrative tasks for a specific area or function.
- Coordinate meetings, logistics, filing, and record keeping with detailed instructions.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports and review system data for accuracy.
- Support the identification of errors or discrepancies and escalate them for resolution.
- Support with any entry-level technical or non-technical tasks as required by the business area or function.
- Proactively seek out opportunities to broaden your learning.
- Perform any other related tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask.
- Ability to professionally handle complaints, problems, and issues, escalate resolutions, and corrective actions.
- Ability to deliver a quality service through your support offering.
