Job Overview

Salesforce is seeking a skilled sales professional to drive the growth of our Digital Experience solutions in the Central America and Caribbean market. As a Prime Named Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing deals with new and existing customers, helping them achieve their digital transformation goals through the strategic implementation of Salesforce's Marketing Cloud and Commerce Cloud solutions.

This is a quota-carrying sales position that plays an integral role in the success of the overall sales team. You will work closely with key stakeholders and c-suite decision-makers to build robust relationships and drive business results.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement account sales plans to meet and exceed sales goals (quotas)
  • Manage and close sales opportunities within the assigned geographic territory
  • Nurture and expand customer relationships
  • Provide product demonstrations and general support to prospective customers
  • Stay ahead of competition, driven issues and products
  • Practice effective communication with management, customers and support staff
  • Participate in team-building and company-growth activities
