We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Operations Expert. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational support to alliances and executing special projects. Key responsibilities include providing financial insights to alliance leadership through effective dashboard reporting, managing the book of business, opportunity management, prospect tracking, and key GTM wins tracker management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support to alliances
- Execute special projects as assigned
- Develop and implement operational support delivery models for alliances
- Provide financial insights to alliance leadership through effective dashboard reporting
Requirements:
- MBA or equivalent
- University graduation (tech graduation preferred)
- 9+ years of work experience
