OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To fulfill client needs in SAP SuccessFactors across various sectors.

As a consultant at SAP, you will assist in both ongoing and future SAP initiatives, supporting key clients with their implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting Management, Compensation, Onboarding, and the complete SuccessFactors suite.

A background in HCM payroll is highly preferred to aid our HCM clients in transitioning to SAP SuccessFactors cloud solutions.

Develop competencies within SAP to provide effective solutions to our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 2 full life cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong knowledge in at least one of the SuccessFactors components (Employee Central, RCM, RMK, Compensation, Onboarding, P&G, LMS, Report Stories).
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors integrations with HCM and SAP products.
  • Understanding of HCM business lines and processes is essential.
  • Knowledge of payroll systems in Argentina, Mexico, or Colombia is advantageous.
  • Experience in project management is a plus.
  • Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in English (Portuguese is an asset).
  • Able to collaborate in a multicultural team environment.
  • Demonstrated presentation skills.

KEY EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Actively participate in the preparation, design, execution, and Go Live phases of client implementation projects.
  • Exhibit the capability to plan, conduct, and manage workshops and meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Acquire expertise in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Provide innovative ideas and solutions to tackle challenges.
  • Deliver components that align with client requirements.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience and 2 full life cycle SAP HCM/SuccessFactors implementations.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.

WORK AREA

SAP Delivery @ Scale.

EXPECTED TRAVEL

Up to 30%.

LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY

Fluent in English, both spoken and written (mandatory).
