ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary goal is to fulfill client needs within SAP SuccessFactors across various industries.
As a consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting both ongoing and upcoming SAP initiatives, as well as assisting key clients with their implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting Management, Compensation, Onboarding, and the complete SuccessFactors suite.
A background in HCM payroll is highly advantageous for supporting our HCM clients in their transition to SAP SuccessFactors cloud solutions.
Your role will also involve developing competencies within SAP to deliver effective solutions to our clients.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- At least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Completion of a minimum of 2 full life cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
- Proficient knowledge in at least one of the SuccessFactors components (Employee Central, RCM, RMK, Compensation, Onboarding, P&G, LMS, Report Stories).
- Understanding of SuccessFactors integrations with HCM and other SAP products.
- Familiarity with HCM business lines and processes is essential.
- Desirable knowledge of payroll systems in Argentina, Mexico, or Colombia.
- Experience in project management is a plus.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (Portuguese is an added advantage).
- Able to collaborate effectively in a multicultural team.
- Demonstrated presentation abilities.
KEY EXPECTATIONS
- Actively participate in the planning, design, execution, and Go Live phases of client implementation projects.
- Exhibit the capability to organize and lead workshops and meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop expertise in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Provide innovative ideas and solutions to address client challenges.
- Deliver components that align with client requirements.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years focused on SAP SuccessFactors, with 2 full life cycle SAP HCM/SuccessFactors implementations.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Our team operates within the SAP Delivery @ Scale framework.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed.
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY
Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
