Job Description

The incumbent reports to the department manager and is responsible for executing credit/collections processing to ensure accurate and timely management of the company's accounting function.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and extend credit to customers while collecting overdue payments.
  • Identify and resolve payment issues promptly to prevent further aging of delinquent balances.
  • Collaborate with the manager to identify accounts at risk and implement appropriate actions.
  • Document customer financial status and collection efforts.
  • Communicate effectively with sales representatives and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Proven experience in credit/collections or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Basic accounting knowledge.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
