About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join Emplifi's customer success organization as a Director of Customer Success. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our customers' success and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Customer Success Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive customer success and retention in the Americas region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer needs and opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze customer health metrics to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience leading world-class customer success teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with CRM and customer success tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be fluent in Spanish.
