About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team at Darwin AI. As a key member of our sales efforts, you will drive revenue growth through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identifying and engaging potential customers.
- Qualifying and responding to inbound leads.
- Scheduling meetings and product demonstrations.
- Conducting research on key decision-makers and market trends.
- Managing lead pipeline and tracking engagement.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to optimize lead generation.
- Meeting and exceeding targets for meetings set and pipeline contribution.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales development or a similar role.
- Proven track record of success in lead generation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
- Bilingualism is required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Resilience, persistence, and motivation to meet targets.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
