As a key member of the Buckman team, the Supply Chain Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective supply chain operations in Argentina. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, supply chain management, and operations.
Key Performance Indicators
- Ensure on-time delivery of products to customers
- Manage warehouse operations and inventory levels
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers to secure the best possible service level and cost equation
- Conduct regular reviews of supply chain metrics to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Administration, or similar
- 5 years of experience in operations, supply chain and/or logistics, preferably in multinational companies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Fluency in English and intermediate level in Spanish
