Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Marketing & Operations Talent Acquisition Lead to spearhead our recruitment efforts in the LATAM region. This role is pivotal in identifying, attracting, and securing exceptional talent within the Marketing and Operations sectors. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our leadership team to grasp hiring requirements, formulate effective recruitment strategies, and cultivate relationships with prospective candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute a robust talent acquisition strategy: The Talent Acquisition Lead will be tasked with crafting a recruitment strategy that aligns with the broader objectives of the organization. This encompasses developing recruitment marketing initiatives, establishing employer branding tactics, defining recruitment workflows, and utilizing various recruitment technologies.
  • Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for senior and complex roles: This role involves managing the entire recruitment process for senior and intricate positions, which includes crafting job postings, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and extending offers. The Lead will ensure that the recruitment process adheres to established protocols.
  • Lead the Talent Acquisition Team for the Marketing & Operations Cluster: Collaborate with team members to identify optimal talent sourcing strategies, set goals, remove obstacles, and provide visibility on issues requiring discussion.
  • Foster relationships with Marketing & Operations leaders: Establish strong connections with leaders and hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and ensure alignment in hiring efforts through regular communication and collaboration.
  • Design and implement effective recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies: The Lead will create and execute compelling recruitment marketing initiatives to attract top-tier talent, including promoting the company's employee value proposition and leveraging various marketing channels.
  • Continuously assess and enhance recruitment processes: Regular evaluation and improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies will be essential to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, including monitoring recruitment metrics and analytics.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with external recruitment agencies: Develop strong relationships with external partners to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates, including contract negotiations and performance monitoring.
  • Establish and track recruitment metrics: The Lead will be responsible for developing metrics to measure recruitment performance, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing necessary changes.
  • Collaborate with HR partners and Marketing & Operations leaders: Work closely with HR and departmental leaders to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, including the development of onboarding programs and ensuring adequate support for new employees.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in specialized recruitment within Marketing & Operations, with a strong grasp of sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for complex roles.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing and mentoring junior recruiters, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
  • Project management experience is advantageous, demonstrating the ability to plan and execute recruitment initiatives.
  • Experience working with KPIs and OKRs within an agile framework, emphasizing continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capability to develop and maintain recruitment metrics.
  • A detail-oriented self-starter with exceptional communication skills.
  • Highly organized with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A positive team player with a proven track record of motivating and leading teams.
