Francesca's offers a unique opportunity for a part-time Sales Lead to support our boutique associates in creating an engaging guest experience and driving results.

We are looking for a motivated and adaptable individual to lead and motivate our team, while also taking ownership of operational processes such as opening and closing the boutique.

Job Description
  • Assist the leadership team in driving business results by maximizing daily sales plans, improving metrics through sales floor leadership, and providing feedback to the team.
  • Support and reinforce a selling culture that focuses on building a confident and engaged team that is motivated to provide unwavering dedication to our guests.
  • Plan, delegate, and follow up on expected tasks, assignments, and activities while maintaining our guests as our top priority.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to gain leadership experience and grow their retail skills, including:

  • Effective communication skills to act as a liaison between the Boutique Team Leader, Assistant Team Leader, and the Boutique Team.
  • Problem-solving; proactively, creatively, and sometimes independently.
  • Supporting and enforcing company policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience, along with benefits such as:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Preferred experience in a specialty retail store.
  • Able to plan and execute tasks efficiently and independently.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities.
Physical Requirements

The physical demands of this role include:

  • Ability to effectively maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
