**Job Description:**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies in conjunction with regional and country partners to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with key clients to retain business and grow volumes/values.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities with clients and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Maintain a strong market presence by engaging with clients, partners, and industry forums to establish Citi as a leader in the field.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Execute complex cash management deals end-to-end, including RFP responses and client pitches.
  • Recommend innovative cash management solutions to clients.
  • Develop and implement client-focused strategies for key clients and sub-sector targets.
  • Manage and maintain a pristine control environment for all issues related to business management, compliance, regulatory requirements.

**Requirements:**

  • 10+ years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Solid credit skills and experience.
  • Broad client management experience.
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills (including self-organizational skills).
