**Job Description:**
- Develop and execute sales strategies in conjunction with regional and country partners to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain deep relationships with key clients to retain business and grow volumes/values.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities with clients and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Maintain a strong market presence by engaging with clients, partners, and industry forums to establish Citi as a leader in the field.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Execute complex cash management deals end-to-end, including RFP responses and client pitches.
- Recommend innovative cash management solutions to clients.
- Develop and implement client-focused strategies for key clients and sub-sector targets.
- Manage and maintain a pristine control environment for all issues related to business management, compliance, regulatory requirements.
**Requirements:**
- 10+ years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Solid credit skills and experience.
- Broad client management experience.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Demonstrated organizational skills (including self-organizational skills).
