The Role
We are looking for a key role that acts as a link between technical teams and Delivery, ensuring communication, expectations management, and committed delivery. This position will be remote, and all internal employees with the required skills can apply, regardless of their location.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate and champion Charles Taylor Values by ensuring Agility, Integrity, Care, and Accountability and Collaboration.
- Manage expectations, interactions, and relationships with Delivery team.
- Leadership of technical teams.
- Technical delivery strategy.
- Solution Design & Estimations.
- Requirement management.
- Client interaction in support of the delivery and commercial teams.
- Evangelizing and Champion of InHub capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent).
- Insurance knowledge (highly desirable).
- Spanish & English proficiency mandatory.
- React, C#, SOAP, and API.
- Experience in digitalization projects.
- Interpersonal skills and strategic thinking.
