Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Excellence Manager to join our team at Philip Morris International. As a key member of our Service Excellence domain, you will play a critical role in driving process excellence and operational efficiency across our global organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead process discovery and end-to-end process mapping to capture current and future states.
  • Conduct assessments and share results with relevant stakeholders.
  • Apply Continuous Improvement methodologies to enable Process Excellence across the organization.
  • Perform monthly follow-ups and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate on global and/or local strategic projects, contributing CI expertise.
  • Actively contribute to capability and engagement programs led by CI.
  • Provide coaching and advisory services for different Service Lines and/or markets.
  • Lead diverse types of process assessments end-to-end online or onsite.
  • Partner and engage with multiple stakeholders across diverse geographies.
  • Craft timely and effective communication pieces to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations for project updates.
  • Analyze KPIs and work with Process leads to identify and propose process improvements.
  • Lead or contribute to strategic projects requiring essential CI expertise.
  • Plan and track the progress of assignments across various platforms.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in project management, process re-engineering, Continuous Improvement, and performance analysis.
  • Proven experience in process improvement, Six Sigma, Lean, or BPM (Business Process Management).
  • Green Belt or Black Belt certification is an asset.
  • English Proficiency: Advanced is a must.
  • Critical thinking, discipline, self-starter, and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong problem-solving expertise in a complex global environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experienced project manager, related certification would be an asset.
  • Excellent planning and priority setting skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
  • Digital Savviness and process mining/task mining is an asset.
  • High flexibility is a must.
  • Result-orientation, proven delivery of value to the organization.
  • Experience in Global Share Service Centre is appreciated.
  • Passion for driving positive change and fostering a CI culture.
