Job Description
We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist for our team in Argentina. The ideal candidate will support the full recruitment cycle, liaise with legal and accounting teams, and maintain HR administration functions. Key responsibilities include:
- Recruitment Support: Assist in hiring processes for various roles, including entry-level positions.
- Liaison with Legal and Accounting: Collaborate with these teams to ensure timely handling of legal documents and processes.
- HR Administration: Maintain complete HR administration cycles, focusing on enhancing and developing processes.
Key Responsibilities
As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for creating and updating contracts, personnel folders, database maintenance, sick leave processing, disciplinary meetings documentation, policies, and procedures. You will also support studio employees with HR-related matters, develop proposals for job productivity and efficiency, create meaningful relationships with staff, participate in HR Department projects, schedule medical appointments, handle medical leave processes, and process social security affiliations.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have 6-12 months of experience in Human Resources, higher education or professional qualifications in HR, and excellent English language skills (B2-C1 level). This is a 100% on-site position requiring full-time availability at our site in Shopping Las Toscas, Canning, Ezeiza.
