Job Description

  • Manage the full accounts payable process for our LATAM entities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing invoices, calculating withholding taxes, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting accounts payable for other entities as needed.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role (2-5 years) or similar experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, NetSuite is a plus.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite / Google environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Withholding expertise.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken.
