About Us

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead and drive our sales team to new heights. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, setting and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring the team meets and exceeds their sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership and Development: Train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track sales metrics and report on team performance to senior management.
  • Goal Setting and Achievement: Develop and implement a goal-setting framework to ensure team alignment with company objectives.
  • Customer and Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role. Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing sales teams. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs. Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
