About the Role

Cadence Design Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for our Tensilica IP products. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving product success and delivering complete products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive customer success and deliver complete products, including necessary collateral, software libraries, real-time operating systems, demo platforms, competitive analysis, and product marketing activities.
  • Manage major customer programs within Cadence, generating competitive positioning and winning strategies.
  • Identify new opportunities and define future product requirements for Tensilica's extensible processor technology, with a focus on automotive, IoT, and mobile devices.
  • Coordinate and prioritize product enhancement requests by working closely with marketing, engineering, and sales teams.
  • Champion, author, and coordinate regular communications to field applications engineering and sales teams on new technology and industry developments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in engineering, applications engineering, or marketing, with expertise in embedded processor architectures, SOC design, processor IP, and embedded software tools.
  • Working knowledge of Digital Signal Processors and/or Machine Learning is desired.
  • Familiarity with C/C++ programming and ARM, RISC-V architectures is a plus.
  • Proven track record working with cross-functional teams and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident preferred.

Travel

Occasional travel to meet customers and support events, including international travel, will be required when permitted.
