Enterprise Sales Executive, Work Management Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Executive to join our Work Management team at Atlassian. As a Strategic Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving adoption of our Work Management platform by implementing a sales plan for your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and communicate a sales strategy for your territory, including funnel/account/territory status, resource requirements, challenges, and successes.
  2. Collaborate with other parts of Atlassian's GTM organization to ensure customers are educated on the benefits of our Work Management solutions.
  3. Engage with existing customers and uncover opportunities with BDRs, SEs, Channel Sales, Partners, and Account Managers.
  4. Leverage leading technology, including SFDC, to drive sales growth.
  5. Demonstrate unselfish leadership while helping Atlassian improve our ability to better serve our marketplace.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience working with large enterprises in Benelux/Nordics.
  2. 7+ years of B2B SaaS closing sales experience within large enterprise accounts.
  3. Experience using CRM to manage opportunities and correlate sales metrics.
  4. Experience with consultative sales methodologies.
  5. Solution-based selling to VP and C-level Executives at larger companies.
  6. Experience working with BDRs, Customer Success, and Channel Sales.
  7. Background in meeting a personal revenue quota.
  8. Fluent Dutch language skills (speaking and writing).
