Growth Strategy Lead:
Bullpen Talent is seeking a highly experienced Expansion Strategy Leader to join their team. This remote position will focus on developing and implementing strategic initiatives that support Bullpen Talent's expansion strategy in North America.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement M&A strategies to drive growth and expansion in PropTech, Hospitality Tech, and Real Estate Technology.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Leverage industry relationships to source and initiate discussions with potential acquisition targets and strategic partners.

Requirements:

  • 5-10+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate development, with a focus on PropTech, Hospitality Tech, or Real Estate Technology.
  • Strong track record in M&A deal sourcing, financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution.
  • Extensive industry relationships in real estate, hospitality, and property technology.
