Financial Reporting Analyst

This role is part of our accounting team, responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting and analysis. As a Financial Reporting Analyst, you will work closely with senior staff to provide complex accounting information and support special projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and analyses, including compilation, consolidation, and review of financial statements.
• Develop solutions to complex accounting problems and present findings to senior management.
• Review the work of junior accountants, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Communicate with operating personnel to supply or explain data, secure information, or offer additional support.
• Provide advice on accounting-related issues, using proven principles to support recommendations.
• Represent the organization as a primary contact on projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience).
• Advanced knowledge of general accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency with financial systems and standard software applications.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

We offer an attractive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, pension plan, career development opportunities, and tuition reimbursement. This position is eligible for FM Global's Total Rewards program.
