At Lot Squared Development, we are seeking an experienced Patient Engagement and Retention Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a critical role in the implementation and delivery of innovative solutions to enroll and engage patients in clinical trials.
You will work closely with our clients, as well as with the clinical and project leadership teams, and partner with our in-house experts such as Technology, Data sciences, Marketing, Creative, and Content Development. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage projects and ensure their success, including meeting key performance metrics, delivering within timelines, budget, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Patient Engagement: Develop and implement patient engagement strategies to increase patient participation in clinical trials.
- Retention Strategies: Develop and implement retention strategies to improve patient retention rates.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress to key stakeholders.
- General project management experience, including directing a project team and managing budget and project financials.
- Direct customer management experience.
- In-depth knowledge of the drug development processes across all functional areas.
- Comfortable working with data and technology.
