Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and chat to customers worldwide
  • Assume ownership of technical issues and triage them as needed, ensuring timely resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and products to provide expert support
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our clients' products and services
Requirements:
  • Excellent English communication skills (C1 level or higher)
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support, desktop support, or a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM systems, ticketing systems, and technical documentation
  • Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
