We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Director to join our team. As a Key Account Director, you will be responsible for managing a book of business consisting of enterprise and strategic accounts, identifying and driving growth strategies to meet retention and growth targets, and working closely with our Customer Success Management team to ensure adoption of our platform.

As a Key Account Director at Ardoq, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing a portfolio of enterprise and strategic accounts to drive growth and retention
  • Identifying and developing growth strategies to meet business objectives
  • Working closely with the Customer Success Management team to ensure adoption of our platform
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion

We imagine you will bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in a sales or account management role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and expansion
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and developing strategic relationships
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze complex business problems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
