About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to lead a talented team of Content Design Specialists who ensure that content meets IQVIA's standards and design requirements. As a Content Design Team Lead, you will be responsible for building strong relationships within your team, with Project Managers, and with internal and external stakeholders. Your mission will be to ensure that all jobs allocated to your team are completed on time and within budget, while recommending synergies, improvements, and experiments as needed.
You will also have the opportunity to share best practices and findings within your team and across Translation Operations. Additionally, you will provide the Associate Director with content design effectiveness metrics according to agreed KPIs and frequencies.
Your Key Responsibilities- Ensure that your team checks content in various languages for design errors, specifically tracking omission, inaccuracy, inconsistency, and visibility errors coming from OCR, translation, and DTP tasks.
- Work closely with Project Managers to distribute and allocate content design jobs according to requirements and available resources.
- Manage client expectations or specifications and advise on best practices when necessary.
- Manage escalations or issues regarding content design and work with Project Managers to ensure that the nature and number of such issues are collected and incorporated in performance metrics and trend analysis.
- Act as a link between Project Managers and Content Design Specialists to solve issues quickly and effectively.
- Mentor and help Content Design Specialists as needed and coordinate efforts to onboard and train them as required.
