Job Summary
The Winged Recruitment team is seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Business Partner to support benefit activities for both the US and Canada. As a key member of our team, you will assist with activities related to various phases of acquisitions and transitions, including due diligence and implementation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepares benefit cost comparison analysis for acquisitions and transitions to determine if benefit gap solutioning is warranted.
- Completes benefit comparison templates for acquisitions and transitions.
- Conducts ad-hoc analyses as required and supports in assigned tasks timely and with attention to detail to ensure work accuracy.
Requirements:
- University degree/Bachelor's Degree
- Advanced level of English (written and oral)
- Minimum of 7 years overall experience
- 2-3 years of previous experience either in HR/Total Rewards/Compensation & Benefits
- Solid communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability for delivering work to the deadline, organizing and prioritizing work
- Adaptable in a dynamic environment where priorities may shift quickly
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration
- Customer service focus
