Key Responsibilities- Scientific Expertise: Establish and maintain relationships with key thought leaders and medical associations in ophthalmology, providing scientific expertise and education on Bayer's products and services.
- Strategic Partnerships: Develop and implement strategic plans to engage with key stakeholders, including physicians, researchers, and medical associations, to promote Bayer's products and services.
- Market Access: Collaborate with medical advisors and market access teams to ensure timely and effective submission of new information to hospital forms and reimbursement decision makers.
- Internal Scientific Support: Serve as an in-house scientific expert, providing training and support to sales representatives and medical advisors on Bayer's products and services.
- Clinical Research Support: Provide support to local clinical operations staff and medical advisors on strategic viability in company-sponsored clinical development studies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in medicine.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry as an MSL, or experience in drug information, clinical research and development, or other clinical relevant activities.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of therapeutic area products, ability to work in a team environment, ability to build productive work-relationships, and excellent presentation and written and verbal communication skills.
