Role Summary

The Security and Brand Protection Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies and practices to protect Pfizer's people, assets, and reputation. This role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, develop strategies to prevent counterfeiting, and engage with external partners to enhance security measures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement local security policies and practices to protect people, visitors, assets, reputation, and all IMC/Commercial operations.
  • Provide appropriate advice to minimize risks faced by Pfizer South Lac business.
  • Create and drive proactive security programs with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the global response to crises and significant events.
  • Deliver security training and awareness for employees.
  • Coordinate crisis incidents impacting the commercial and/or logistics part of the business.
  • Ensure technical security systems on all sites provide the optimum level of cost-effective security.

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Provide business partnering support to enable delivery of proactive fit for purpose security and BCM risk management.
  • Act as a security trusted advisor for the Commercial business.
  • Demonstrate effective delivery of the Brand Protection agenda across the market.
  • Build strong working relationships with other Pfizer functions relevant to ensuring effective support for the brand protection agenda.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key government officials and law enforcement officials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as security, risk management, or business administration.
  • Proven experience in security and risk management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with security protocols and procedures.
