As a Senior Systems Administrator at Umbral Capital Humano, you will be responsible for maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring its stability, security, and efficiency. This includes installing hardware and software, developing and monitoring server backup procedures, managing inventory, creating and maintaining technical documentation, and addressing security compliance-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure hardware and software within the Umbral Capital Humano infrastructure.
- Develop and implement effective server backup procedures.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory of hardware and software resources.
- Create and update technical documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Communicate effectively with the Director of Operations and peers regarding tasks and projects.
- Address security compliance-related tasks to ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Provide sysadmin/DevOps assistance to the support team and implementation teams.
- Educate and assist team members on technical topics as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in systems administration or technical support.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Fluent in English.
