We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to join our People team at Devs United. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing effective digital training solutions that cater to the needs of our global team.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design and content creation, with a proven track record of designing and implementing effective digital training solutions. They will also possess excellent storytelling, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to engage and collaborate with key stakeholders.

We value continuous research and learning, and our ideal candidate will stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in adult learning theories, learning technology, and instructional design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop effective digital training solutions using authoring tools such as WorkRamp & Articulate Rise 360
  • Work with members of the Remote Team to curate learning content & solutions
  • Develop and scale asynchronous and synchronous L&D content that contributes to company culture, employee's individual development, and organisational learning

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience and expertise in relevant areas such as L&D, content creation, instructional design, and training
  • Experience in the content creation, design, and implementation of impactful digital training solutions
  • Familiarity with authoring tools and LMS practices
