Key Responsibilities

  • Create purchase orders, shipping marks, and lot tracking labels
  • Perform freight bookings approval daily and follow up with forwarders and factories
  • Execute commercial documents controls for each cargo shipped from our factories, ensuring all corrections are made promptly
  • Collaborate on monthly shipment plans from our factories
  • Support supply chain activities with data entry tasks to ensure daily updates of information shown in BP
  • Control receipts, create ASN's, collaborate on monthly freight, duties, and taxes calculation process
  • Organize documentation related to vendors, pre-payment invoices, FF invoices, and commercial documents, and weekly/monthly reports

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes
  • Shipping and logistics experience
  • Excel proficiency - data analysis (important)
  • Strong command of English language, including spoken and written
  • Effective problem-solving skills and confidence when addressing challenges to deliver excellent customer experiences
  • Ongoing learning and growth mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; positive work attitude
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to monitor and track action items and KPIs effectively
  • A reliable team player who collaborates well with colleagues
  • Able to make sound independent decisions
