- Act as a key member of our Agile team, working closely with programmatic developers and product owners to build an exceptional CRM solution that drives value across the organization.
- Design and implement account hierarchies strategically.
- Provide in-depth training on Salesforce best practices to employees.
- Establish and maintain CRM standards.
- Take ownership of our Salesforce-driven organization's success.
- Prior experience working with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud is essential.
- Previous experience with Salesforce CPQ is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated expertise in the Salesforce platform.
- Proven ability to work with various departments and teams to create effective dashboards and reports.
- Collaboration with programmers to determine optimal solutions and when to use declarative vs programmatic approaches.
- Familiarity with SOQL and Salesforce Metadata.
- Use of a repository to track declarative changes.
- Knowledge of the latest Salesforce tools and features, including Salesforce CLI, Scratch Orgs, Einstein Activity Metrics, Ant for Metadata deployments, etc.
- High-level understanding of Salesforce deployment processes and environment management.
- Experience with Sandboxes, Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, and Gearset.
- Understanding of Apex and Visualforce.
- Experience with Flows and Process Builder.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, especially Lightning Console.
- Bonus: Experience in the Manufacturing (or Industrial) business market.
